All trading on TradeLayups's contest platform uses simulated (paper) trading with virtual currency. No real money is traded, invested, or at risk. Contest results and leaderboard rankings are based on simulated performance and do not reflect actual trading results. Prizes for contest participation are separate from trading outcomes and are awarded at TradeLayups's sole discretion.
Publishers on TradeLayups are independent third parties. Their content, signals, and opinions are their own and do not represent the views of TradeLayups. You acknowledge that:

The Platform and its original content (excluding publisher content), features, and functionality are owned by TradeLayups and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. Publisher content remains the intellectual property of the respective publishers. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without express written permission.
THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TRADELAYUPS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM. THIS INCLUDES ANY LOSSES RESULTING FROM TRADING DECISIONS BASED ON CONTENT OR SIGNALS OBTAINED THROUGH THE PLATFORM.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless TradeLayups and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Platform, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another party.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will immediately cease. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Platform will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules.
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. Your continued use of the Platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
